01 CANCELLATION/NO SHOW Policy

We require 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled service date, otherwise there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service. We understand that life happens and would love to work with you in the future! 

02 RUNNING LATE?

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied

03 HAIRCUT & HAIR COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

04 CHILDREN 

If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for services provided. Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!

Here we're all about good vibes and fabulous hair! Here's the scoop on our salon policy when it comes to our littlest guests:

We totally adore kids, but to keep our salon as chill as possible, we kindly ask that kiddos under 8 don't tag along for appointments. And while we're all about making everyone look and feel amazing, our services are geared towards beautifying those aged 13 and up. But hey, if you're dying for your little one to get a trim, some of our stylists might be up for it—just ask!

Our space is like a cozy oasis for women who want to kick back, relax, and maybe even feel like they're working from their own glam home office. It's all about unwinding and treating yourself like the queen you are. Trust us, it's not that we don't love the pitter-patter of little feet, but this vibe isn't super kiddo-friendly.
